During our recent stay at Ibis Styles, we experienced excellent customer service. When we had an issue with the chair in the Business Center, the staff immediately addressed our concerns and handled the situation professionally. They were attentive, empathetic, and made sure we felt heard. It was a refreshing change from some of the negative experiences we've had at other hotels. The hotel's location was convenient, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, and fairly clean, and the location was unbeatable to Igautumi shopping mall. The staff were very friendly all the time, at reception service and cleaning service. The room we had was practical and functional with a working desk and good air conditioning, for instance. Location: the venue was so close to the Center of Town, and the Pinheiros river. Had nice dainties at Ducaffe, located not very far from the hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants. Complementary Christmas treats were given to all guests and it was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and the gym facilities.

The reception staff could have been more attentive and friendly. We had some problems with the sheets on the first night and the language barrier made it difficult to explain our needs.

During my xmas stay, two complementary drinks were offered at check-in and the location was convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, the room had a nice view.
